    About FITBUILDERS · Est. 2025 · Philippines

    French precision.Filipino craft.

    Nathan Fitamant, founder of FITBUILDERS
    Nathan Fitamant, Founder

One team, our own machines, and a price you understand before we break ground.

I grew up on building sites in France, working in my family’s renovation business from 15 and learning carpentry, plumbing and renewable energy on the job. At 20 I set off across Asia, fascinated by how differently every country builds.

After settling in the Philippines in 2017, I moved into building and renovating homes to sell. In 2025 we turned that craftsmanship into FITBUILDERS, a construction corporation now building for clients, with our own Filipino crews, backhoes and hauling trucks. What I brought from France is how we run a job: everything documented, details drawn before they’re built, and no surprises on the bill.

I was lucky to bring together a team that has built far more than homes. Our veteran engineers have delivered major projects such as Robinsons Place Antipolo, plus countless residential and office fit-outs. Our foremen and their crews have built cinemas for Ayala Malls and AllHome commercial spaces. Whatever your project needs, they’ve built it before.

    • Shopping malls
    • Cinemas
    • Retail spaces
    • Office fit-outs
    • Residences
    • Resort hotels
    • Telecom towers
    • Gas stations
    • Road works

Our mission is to deliver high-quality construction using carefully sourced materials that fit each client's needs, with exceptional craftsmanship, modern design and attention to detail.

Our vision is to be a trusted leader in modern residential construction in the Philippines, building timeless, high-quality homes with contemporary design.

    FAQ

Straight answers to what clients ask us most. Anything else, ask us directly.

What does the starting rate per sqm include?

Everything listed for your package in the comparison above, from structure to finishes, multiplied by your floor area. Site-specific items such as difficult soil, demolition or long access roads are assessed during the site visit and quoted separately.

    What does “within allowance” mean?

For items like cabinetry, countertops and wardrobes, your package includes a set budget. You choose anything within it; if you pick something above it, you pay only the difference.

    Can I upgrade individual items?

Yes. Start from one package and upgrade specific items, for example Élégance with a Prestige kitchen. Each change is priced line by line before work begins.

How long does a build take?

A house usually takes 8 to 18 months, depending on its size, design and site conditions. Your quotation comes with a schedule, and we report progress against it throughout the build.

    How are payments scheduled?

A 30% down payment to start, then monthly progress billing for the work completed, following the milestones set out in your contract. You only ever pay for what’s been built.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We handle all the permits and inspections your project needs, including soil investigation, the building permit and the occupancy permit, so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork.

    What warranty do you provide?

Every home comes with a one-year warranty on workmanship from handover, the standard defects liability period in the Philippines. If anything isn’t right in that first year, we come back and fix it at no cost.

Beyond that, under Article 1723 of the Civil Code, the contractor remains liable for 15 years if the structure collapses because of defects in construction or inferior materials.
